Understanding the Yemeni Civil War: Policy & Power

Presented by Sigma Iota Rho, “Understanding the Yemeni Civil War: Policy & Power” focuses on the history of the Yemeni Civil War, its geopolitical implications, the humanitarian cost, and other important aspects of this tragic conflict.

Tyler B. Parker received a MA in Islamic and Near Eastern Studies from WashU 2018.  Parker is currently working toward his PhD in Political Science (International Relations) at Boston College.

The event welcomes two other speakers: Dr. Gamal Gasim (Grand Valley State University) and Sarah Masoud (International Institute of St. Louis).
