Continuation of Beginning Arabic I. Emphasis on obtaining skill in reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension of modern standard Arabic. Prerequisite: Minimum grade of B- in Arabic 107D or placement by examination. Five hours a week with additional drill or laboratory hours arranged by instructor.
